Patient Service Representative - Ottawa/Gatineau

Ashfield Healthcare is looking for a Service Team Representative to see physicians, nurses, and pharmacists everyday, focusing on how to help improve the lives of patients. This new opportunity will introduce you to the world of Pharmaceuticals with no previous field experience required. Connect with various Health Care professionals by bringing them and their patients the medicines, knowledge and support they need. Ashfield Healthcare success is built on a team based environment and is looking for you to join the team
Your qualifications:

- University Degree preferred
- Bilingual French and English is a strong asset (oral and written)
- Open personality with an authentic charisma
- Professional and friendly manner, always accompanied by a smile
- Great Communication skills
- Strong Organizational Skills, independent and autonomous
- Service mindset
- Strong work ethic
- Interpersonal skills
- Team player
- No pharma experience required
- Willingness to cover assigned territory and targets
- Valid driver’s license
- Owning or access to a car a must.

Ashfield Healthcare est à la recherche d'un Représentant du service aux patients qui aura pour but de rencontrer quotidiennement des médecins, du personnel infirmier et des pharmaciens afin de trouver avec eux la meilleure façon d'améliorer la vie de leurs patients. Cette nouvelle opportunité vous fera découvrir le monde des produits pharmaceutiques sans expérience pratique préalable. Tissez des liens avec différents professionnels des soins de santé en leur apportant, ainsi qu'à leurs patients, les médicaments, les connaissances et le soutien nécessaire.

Vos qualifications:

- Diplôme universitaire de préférence
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais est un atout (à l’oral et à l’écrit);
- Personnalité ouverte avec charisme
- Personne professionnelle, courtoise et souriante
- Fortes capacités de communication
- Solides compétences organisationnelles, personne indépendante et autonome
- Attention particulière sur le service
- Bonne éthique professionnelle
- Entregent
- Esprit d'équipe
- Aucune expérience pharmaceutique requise
- Volonté de couvrir les territoires et d’atteindre les objectifs attribués
- Permis de conduire valide
- Doit posséder une voiture
