We are currently seeking a skilled **Finish Carpenter** to support our **commercial swimming pool and spa projects**. This is a hands-on role working on-site alongside experienced trades in a fast-paced construction environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform finish carpentry related to commercial pools and spas, including formwork, framing, decking, benches, enclosures, access panels, and custom wood features
- Install and finish carpentry components around pool decks, change rooms, mechanical rooms, and spa areas
- Read and interpret construction drawings, pool layouts, and specifications
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials with precision and attention to detail
- Work closely with concrete, mechanical, and electrical trades to support pool and spa construction
- Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a finish carpenter in commercial or construction environments
- Experience working on pools, spas, or similar construction projects is an asset
- Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and finishing techniques
- Ability to read drawings and follow technical instructions
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
- Willing and able to work on-site at multiple locations

**Work Hours**:

- 6-day work week with long hours during peak seasons
(April to early July and mid-August through end of October)
- Start times between 6:30am - 7:00 am; end times vary based on project scope
- 40-50+ hours per week
- On-site work throughout the GTA and surrounding areas
