**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meals, including portion control and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service and efficient kitchen operations.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on food handling and preparation techniques.
- 2/3 days a week.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Cash pay is available.

**Qualifications**
- Previous Experience in Cooking (2 years) or in a similar role within the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
- Expert knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail, and a clean environmen.
- Proficient language skills (English).
- A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that satisfy customers.
