What You'll Do Be the face of the dealership—welcome customers with enthusiasm, discover their needs, and match them with their dream car. Take charge of the buying journey—dazzle with test drives, simplify the paperwork, and celebrate the big moment when they say “yes” Keep in touch with customers, fostering loyalty and generating repeat business. Push your limits, crush sales targets, and reap the rewards of your hard work. Use your social media savvy to showcase our vehicles, engage with potential buyers, and drive excitement around the brand. Be the go-to expert with up-to-the-minute knowledge of the hottest vehicles and industry trends. Team up with finance, service, and other departments to create unforgettable customer experiences. Who You Are A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and understanding customer needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues. Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is an asset, but we welcome motivated individuals from all backgrounds. Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and personal goals.
