We are looking for an **Experienced Full-time Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Support Person for** our busy Real Estate Brokerage in the Guelph area,

Required experience:

- Real Estate front desk experience preferred
- Telephone experience required

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Answering incoming phones, booking & confirming appointments, and paging agents
- Real Estate Administrative work: prepare offers, amendments & forward paperwork to real estate board
- Greeting customers and clients
- Handle all courier needs
- Assisting agents
- Scan documents
- Receive deposit cheques and prepare a receipt
- Input listings and showing instructions to BrokerBay

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Real Estate front desk experience an asset
- Excellent phone skills and etiquette are a must
- Professional and customer service oriented
- Computer proficiency
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- A team player with a positive and energetic attitude
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Integrity and hardworking
- Experience using WEBForms preferred
- Independent Worker
- Punctual, reliable, and a desire to learn
- Fluent in English: (Written & Verbal)
- **Must be available to work weekdays 9 a.m. - 5 p.m**:

- **Salary will be based on previous experience**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$37,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
Plexiglass partition on the front desk, agents and public must sign in and answer Covid screening questionnaire, office safety protocol measures in place, masks worn in the office.
