**Green Beaver** The Green Beaver Company was co-founded in 2002 by two Canadian scientists, Alain Ménard and Karen Clark. In preparing the arrival of their first-born child, they decided to cleanse their home of harmful chemicals. They were appalled at all the hidden chemicals in personal care and home cleaning products. They did something about it They transformed part of their kitchen into a laboratory where they enjoyed making their own natural products using many ingredients from their pantry. Their hobby transpired into a life’s journey. Our mission is to inspire people to live a healthier natural lifestyle in a sustainable world. We deliver on our mission by offering natural personal care products for the whole family. As co-founder and president of the company, I am proud of our products but most importantly, I am proud of the genuine camaraderie and positive vibes that abound amongst our people. Across the river resides the beautiful Province of Quebec, which is home to the majestic Laurentian mountains. Within one hour of Hawkesbury, you may be kayaking or hiking in captivating landscapes, skiing in the resort destination area of St-Sauveur and Mont-Tremblant, dining in old Montreal or skating on Ottawa’s Rideau canal. As a Product Manager, you will be wearing many different hats while managing all kinds of exciting projects such strategic planning and promotional campaign development. **Joining Green Beaver**: 1. Ability to make a difference **Your Role at Green Beaver** - Under the leadership of the Marketing Director, you will participate as a member of cross functional marketing team. - Become the business "expert" on assigned Green Beaver product categories. - Prepare and create a marketing plan for your product categories. - Analyze consumer behaviours, market trends and competitive product brands. - Set sales goals and develop strategy for each of your product categories. - Develop a tactical plan to achieve sales goals and manage the budget. - Implement the tactical plan which includes the promotional campaigns/programs and other activities. - Monitor the effectiveness of the campaigns/programs and recommend improvements. - Assist Marketing Director in preparing yearly overall brand marketing plan **Requirements**: - Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C marketing or a related field - Critical thinking and analytical skills - Able to build marketing plans to deliver on objectives. - A knack for storytelling - Proven ability to lead marketing initiatives and roll-out programs while managing the expectations of multiple stakeholders. - Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines. - High attention to detail and quality standards. - Bilingual (French and English) **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $20,000.00-$200,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Company events - Dental care - On-site parking - Paid time off - Store discount - Tuition reimbursement - Work from home Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - Hawkesbury, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person
