We are looking to add a full time sales employee to our current Benjamin Moore Paint Department Team. If you have worked before mixing paint, or have an eye for colour and design, our paint department may be a good fit for you. Prospective employees must be able to think quickly on their feet and be flexible to ever changing job demands. We are looking for outgoing dynamic people who want to provide great customer service

Starting wage will be based on relevant work experience

**Job Description**:
Title: Salesperson, hardware - retail ( Sales/Logistics ) Terms of Employment: Permanent, seasonal Full Time, Weekend, Day Salary: $17.00 to $19.50 Hourly, 40 Hours per week Anticipated Start Date (TBA): As soon as possible Location: Saanich, British Columbia ( 1 vacancy ) Skill Requirements: Education: Completion of high school

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required

Experience: Will train

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Work Setting: Wholesale, Cash and carry store

Type of Experience: Salesperson/clerk

Product Experience/Knowledge: Building materials (other than lumber), Marine pleasure craft and supplies, Paint and wallpaper

Specific Skills: Operate cash register, Customer service oriented, Process money, cheque and credit/debit card payment, Provide advice about merchandise, Provide cost estimates on materials, Suggestive selling, Work with mínimal supervision

Security and Safety: Bondable

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory, Finding information, Computer use, Continuous learning
