Langley, Canada Equation Staffing Solutions. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, repairing and adjusting as necessary.
- Deliver comprehensive information and training sessions to operators and technicians at client locations across the province.
- Produce brief and detailed service reports.
- Provide clients with options for solutions, such as the introduction of a preventive maintenance program.
- Provide constructive feedback to the supervisor on potential changes to improve customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- 2- 5+ years' experience as a mechanic along with a solid foundation in delivering customer service.
- Profound understanding and outstanding command of mechanical, electrical, and other systems.
- Ability to use various hand and power tools.
- Ability to work well independently, be a self-starter as well a collaborative team player.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Physically capable.
- Excellent attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to travel outside of the Calgary area as required.
- Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Bilingualism (French and English) would be well-regarded but not required.
