**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the automotive repair industry. As an Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced technicians, learning essential skills and techniques necessary for a successful career in automotive service and repair.

**Duties**
- Assist in performing routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Learn to read and interpret automotive schematics to diagnose issues accurately.
- Support senior technicians in diagnosing complex mechanical problems and developing effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Engage with customers in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.

**Skills**
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair principles, with a willingness to learn more about dealership practices.
- Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools safely in an automotive setting.
- Understanding of mechanical concepts, including the ability to weld when necessary for repairs.
- Capability to maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team or independently.

Pay: $46,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
