Our Organization Prime Health Ltd is a fastest growing NNHP (Natural and Non-prescription Health Product) manufacturing company based in Maple Ridge, BC having presence in North America, Asia, Middle East and Latin American countries. We are passionate in delivering result and customer satisfaction. To boost our growth, we are looking for a Production Worker (Compression Machine Operator) who can contribute in the following activities.
** Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Read and comprehend work order requirements before to the production.
- Clean, setup & operate encapsulation or tablet machines, accessories, and rooms within the standard time frame per SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) requirement.
- Ensure proper machine startup check and complete the necessary paperwork in the work order (WO) before starting production.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance activities.
- Monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure proper operation.
- Monitor the encapsulation or tablet machine operations and perform in-process capsules/tablets weight check, adjusting as necessary.
- Verify that all labels match the work order.
- Perform trouble shooting during production and and repair mechanical issues with compressors and related equipment.
- Conduct emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clear understanding of the company GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Adhere to all safety policies, standards and regulations, ensuring a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with maintenance personnel to enhance system performance and communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on compression systems and do other duties as required.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Secondary school education is a must.
- Require 1 to 2 years experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or a similar industry.
- Basic knowledge of machine mechanics for maintenance or trouble shooting.
- Knowledge of GMP principles.
- Prior manufacturing experience in encapsulation & tableting is a desired asset.
- The ability to demonstrate safely working in a physically demanding environment where lifting up to 50lbs is a common occurrence.
- A cooperative, positive and willing attitude all while keeping good communication and behavior with co-workers and management.
- A keen focus on the little things and an understanding of the importance of attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
- You understand that no one thing can be overlooked, and there is no such thing as sacrificing quality.
- The ability to work well on your own or co-operatively based on the needs of the business.

**Job Types**:Full-time, Permanent

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday (required availability to work in morning or evening shifts).
