**Position Overview**

The Data Entry Clerk will primarily be responsible to input all the Accounts Payable trade manual invoices for both UK and US in a multi-company and multi-currency environment. The individual will be responsible for uploads and verification of various transactions into our financial system.

The Data Entry Clerk must be comfortable to work in a computerized environment. He/She will work with a Vendor master file and create new vendors. He/She will be responsible for distribution of the invoices, credits and debits amongst the AP officers.

**Responsibilities**
- Opening the incoming mail and separating invoices for the AP officers.
- Data entry, verification and validation of information.
- Uploads of various transactions.
- Maintaining (creating and modifying) of the vendor master file.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- High School Diploma.
- Experience in accounts payable is an asset.
- Data entry.
