Crew Member

SUMMARY OF JOB
- To ensure sites are properly inspected, cleaned, and maintained and that professionalism is exhibited throughout the process.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To arrive on time by 7:45 DAILY
- To provide a positive experience for customers by presenting yourself positively and wearing the WINMAR® uniform.
- To follow Health & Safety protocols at all times.
- To ensure Vendors are following Health & Safety protocols at all times
- To keep a complete Field Kit and Equipment Tool Box in order to provide the best service possible for the customer.
- To follow arrival and daily procedure protocol.
- To follow company service vehicle protocol, if required.
- To follow the provided Scope of the project.
- To complete tasks as quickly as possible with attention to quality of the task.
- To clean the project site each day and follow garbage allocation protocol.
- To follow Water Restoration Service Protocol.
- To follow Emergency Service Protocol.
- To ensure Red Files are complete at emergency jobs
- To follow Applied Structural Drying Monitor protocol.
- When needed, follow the protocol for Contents Crew job description when contents arrive at WINMAR®.
- If a Crew Leader is unavailable, you are required to report and update progress of job site each day by 12:30pm and 3:00pm to the Project Manager/Estimator, Crew Supervisor, Project Management Assistant and Office Coordinator.
- To follow equipment protocol.
- To ensure vendors and suppliers follow WINMAR®’s cleaning and time management protocols.
- To provide assistance and to support co-workers with completion of tasks as required.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS (as per the Org Chart)
- Crew members report to Crew Leaders for scope and instructions
- Crew members report to Crew Supervisor for supplies and equipment
- Report to Crew Supervisor for scope and instructions when Crew Leader is unavailable

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS FOR THIS JOB
- High school completion a must.
- Solid interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation a must.
- Computer literacy an asset.
- Organizational skills a must.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Bondable.
- Valid driver’s license, clean abstract, and no criminal record.
- Able to work after hours, possible weekends if needed.
- Relevant cleaning and/or environmental experience an asset.

REPORTING OBLIGATIONS
- Required to complete time tickets and hand in by end of day
- Red Files - Moisture Mapping - Readings
- Mileage sheets must be filled in every time you drive a company vehicle and are to be submitted daily to the Crew Supervisor
- As per the WINMAR® Health and Safety program, safety regulations MUST be followed at all times
- Service vehicles require daily inspections and are to be kept impeccably clean at all times
- Crew wear the uniform that management has deemed appropriate at all times and the uniform must be clean at the start of each day
- Crew must clean the project site completely each day which means all refuse removed and a quick clean of the site is conducted
- YOU are WINMAR®’s eyes and ears on the job site. If you see that a trade is leaving the site in an unacceptable manner at the end of the day, it is up to YOU to take action and contact the Crew Leader or PM/Estimator if a Crew Leader is unavailable

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
