**Position | Location**:Practice Area Lead, Natural Sciences, Any Location (including hybrid or flexible arrangements) or remotely within Western Canada

**The Opportunity**

Lead a group of passionate natural science professionals across all of Trace. Grow and further develop the natural sciences practice.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, regulators, suppliers, and your peers.
- Support and mentor a passionate and committed team of professionals.
- Work with division managers to build diverse teams with great people.
- Advise on projects across multiple market sectors on projects primarily within Western Canada.
- Enhance Trace’s reputation.
- Manage quality assurance within natural sciences.
- Guide innovation and efficiencies.

**About You and Your Qualifications**
- 10+ years relevant experience.
- Status as a Professional Biologist.
- Entrepreneurial spirit to grow our natural sciences practice.
- You solve problems.
- Understanding of applicable provincial and federal legislation and guidance.

**Salary**: $72,862.43-$181,598.15 per year
