As Service Manager, our customers and your team will look to you for guidance, leadership and expertise. **Job Duties**: - Monitor staff attendance - Check previous day tech production numbers : premise time against work order time - Communicate with each Tech - Complete regular walk throughs of the shop - Review "Listen360" reviews and address customer concerns as required - Review work orders to ensure correct coding - Be available for consult and support to all service staff - Review insurance estimates for accuracy - Confirm external estimates, review for accuracy - Maintaining an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee attitudes and morale - Monitor Tech's to ensure they are clocking in and out of jobs correctly - Check next day s ervice appointments - Review service logs for length of stay on the lot - Attend delivery meeting each morning to ensure units are ready, discuss with Sales & F&I managers - Attend service meeting at days end with service writers to go over deliveries and incoming appointments; review oldest units on lot, identify barriers - Schedule vacation for Techs and Service Writers - Follow-up on recieved parts for the department - Review the DOC - Check CSI - Check Open work order report - A/R for service and warranty - Interview applicants for service department - Ensure a safe and respectful work enviornment for all staff **Education and/or Expereince** Applicants with RV industry experience, management expereince and service writing expereince are preferred. **Benefits** - Great West Life Coverage - Catered Lunch Semi Monthly - Annual Mexico Trip - RRSP Matching **About Us** Traveland RV Supercentres are here to provide you with quality and professional service from a dedicated team that will help make your RV and Motor Home experience a lifetime of enjoyment.
