**Responsibilities**

Working with multiple of Project Managers and reporting to your functional manager you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Upload deliverables for each Client assigned to the Project Manager
  • Updating project and invoice trackers
  • Issuing purchase order requests and entering them in accounting software
  • Managing flow of incoming Client purchase orders
  • Work with Project Manager to ensure the project stays on schedule
  • Handle requests for information and data from colleagues and Clients.
  • Manage company’s document control protocol for the project
  • Upload site pictures and site notes to server
  • Review field data collected for missing data and/or transcribing error
  • Administrative tasks as assigned

**Requirements**

To perform this role successfully

  • Graduate of post-secondary Office Administration Program
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Earth
  • Minimum of 1 year as an Administrative Assistant
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to take ownership
  • Detail oriented
  • Have initiative and resourcefulness
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
