**Position Overview**:We're seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate to join our dynamic team during the bustling holiday season. As a Retail Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and upholding our brand's values.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage customers warmly, providing personalized assistance and product knowledge
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and ensuring merchandise displays are appealing
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and upselling where appropriate
- Share our brand's mission and values with customers, promoting awareness about sustainability and ethical shopping
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Assist in opening and closing procedures as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
- Passion for sustainability and ethical practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required during the seasonal period
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
- Experience with Shopify an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L5B 2C9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
