- Why You’ll Love This Role
- The HRIS Analyst will work closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure the system meets organizational needs, supports data accuracy, and enhances the overall employee experience.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- System Administration & Support- Maintain and configure Workday HCM modules (Workday Benefits and Learning)- Provide day-to-day support for HR system issues, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors if needed.- Provide day-to-day production support- Maintain data integrity through audits, clean-up and validation.
- Business Process Optimization- Review, design, and implement efficient Workday business processes in alignment with HR operations.- Recommend system improvements and automate manual processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.- Participate in testing system upgrades, new features, and releases.
- What We’re Looking For
- Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management.
- Experience in HR Systems support or administration, data entry, reporting, analytics, HR operations.
- Experience with Workday
