**Here’s what you’ll deliver**:

- Taking orders for parts by telephone or in person at the technician and retail counters and through wholesale accounts.
- Staging orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
- Assisting in collection of data necessary for efficient inventory control.
- Keeping department forms, menus, and pricing guides up to date.
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
- Following dealership safety procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.
- Other duties as required by management.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Must have a valid G or G2 Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- High school diploma
- Experience in retail or service industry with solid customer relationship management skills
- Computer skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with effective time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in PBS and manufacturer’s online catalogues are assets
