**A Day in the Life**:
Cardiac Ablation Solutions is developing next generation medical technologies that treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms. Our technologies save lives and improves the quality of living for millions of patients across the world by advancing innovation for the diagnosis and ablation of cardiac arrhythmias and enabling clinicians to perform procedures with superior outcomes.

**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.**
- _SharePoint Administration _: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and administration of the SharePoint environment, including site collections, libraries, lists, workflows, and security settings.
- _Document Management _: Oversee configuration and administration in various document management systems. Ensure compliance with our data retention and sensitivity policies.
- _Resource Management Administration _: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and administration of the ResourceFirst environment, including projects, users, and security settings.
- _Business Analysis _: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- _Solution Design _: Develop technical specifications and design documents for Power Platform, SharePoint, and other solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
- _Training and Documentation _: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation for solutions and procedures.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience.

**Nice to Have: Desired Experience**
- Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Data Analytics, IT, or Engineering
- Experience in the medical device industry
- Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, etc.
- Practical experience with Microsoft SharePoint
- Practical experience with PDWare ResourceFirst or similar resource management tool
- Practical experience with Oracle Agile PLM, PTC Windchill, or similar document management tool
