**Time**:8:30 pm -4:30 pm

**Location**: 328 Rue Avro, Pointe-Claire, QC, H9R 5W5

The Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling better decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, design data models, and create dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools
- Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility.
- Develop and maintain data models, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data pipelines.
- Track and monitor KPIs to assess performance against business goals.
- Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in a BI Analyst/Developer role.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data.
- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
