**Responsibilities**:

- Operate a dozer to grade and level various project sites.
- Use laser leveling equipment to ensure precise grading.
- Read and interpret stakes and project plans for accurate execution.
- Push and move material as required for site preparation and grading.
- Work collaboratively with site forepersons and labor teams to meet project goals.
- Ensure safety and equipment care in all operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience operating a dozer in a landscape construction or similar environment.
- Proficiency in grading, laser leveling, and reading stakes.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices on construction sites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow project specifications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
