**Position**: Dozer Operator
**Location**: 340 Regional Road 20, Hamilton, ON
**Pay**: $37-$43 per hour (based on experience)
**Union Placement**: Potential after successful probation

**What You’ll Do**:

- Operate a bulldozer with precision for **fine grading and finish work**
Read and interpret grade stakes, site plans, and laser levelsAssist with site preparation and material movement for large-scale landscape projectsEnsure safe and efficient operation of equipment at all times

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Strong fine grading experience is essential**
1-3+ years operating bulldozers and similar equipmentAbility to read grade stakes and work to tight tolerancesValid driver’s license with a clean abstract
