**Position Overview**

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our dynamic team in Ottawa, Ontario. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work closely with clients and colleagues in our attractive professional offices, as well as providing options for remote work.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct psychological assessments and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans to meet individual client needs.
- Provide evidence-based interventions, with an integrative focus, to clients of varying ages and backgrounds.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential clinical records in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
- Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and collaborative discussions to enhance client outcomes and professional growth.
- Mentor and supervise trainees or junior team members, as needed, fostering their professional development.

**Qualifications**
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in a CPA or APA accredited Clinical or Counselling Psychology from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Registration or eligibility for registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering research-based psychological interventions.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in supervising or mentoring would be considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $174,578.30 per year

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
