However, our referrals are not limited to trauma-related challenges as we also work with adults, couples, families, and children facing a wide range of mental health and personal challenges. We regularly have a surplus of referrals and are eager to provide services to all in a timely fashion. Our clinicians are employed as independent contractors and have access to both a comprehensive benefits package and educational allowance. By joining our team you will have the ability to consult with other clinicians daily as well as attend regular clinical meetings that address operational and clinical topics. All while being in control of your own practice, including cultivating the right work life balance for you by deciding when and how much you work. Clinical Lead Psychologist – Kanata and City Centre, Ottawa ON We are excited to announce that we have an opening in our Ottawa – Kanata & City Centre locations for a Clinical Lead Psychologist to join our team. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside other mental health professionals, including Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Clinical Therapists. You will also have access to private health insurance, administrative support as well as the flexibility to create your own schedule to maintain a positive work-life balance. Our Full Time Independent Contractors (20+ billable hours per week) have options including: Work-Life Balance with the ability to make your own schedule The benefits of an established clinic, including administrative support to assist with referrals, scheduling, billing, and a corporate support team for HR, Finance, Marketing, and more The ability to consult with other clinicians daily, as well as attend regular clinical meetings that address operational and clinical topics. Continuing education opportunities and educational allowance A Referral Program Team events and celebrations We are looking for someone who possesses the following: Psychologist or Psychological Associate (autonomous or supervised practice) to provide Psychotherapy, Psychoeducational and/or Psychological Assessments PhD or Masters in Counselling or Clinical Psychology Has relevant working experience in areas of practice, with an emphasis on trauma-related work Able to work at least 2 days per week in clinic Able to provide clinical rounds Registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario Possesses Professional Liability Insurance or be willing to obtain Demonstrates professionalism and effective case management skills (e.g., timely reports) We look forward to partnering with you in your career Location(s) Stratford, Prince Edward Island Edmonton, Alberta Ottawa (Downtown), Ontario Dartmouth, Nova Scotia Kingston, Nova Scotia #J-18808-Ljbffr
