**TMEPORARY ELEMENTARY SECRETARY - SUPERVISED**

**SCHOOL**: Highview Public School, Pembroke
**SCHEDULE**:Monday-Friday, 30 hours per week; 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., 10 months/year

**RATE OF PAY**:$27.95-$28.70 per hour (Group 5)

**APPLICATION DEADLINE**:August 20, 2025 at 12:00 p.m.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**DUTIES**:
Under the direction of the Senior Secretary, assist with the effective daily operation of the office by providing administrative and secretarial support to staff, and by assisting students, parents and the public. Respond to and direct inquiries, operate various office equipment, filing, typing, and other duties as assigned.

Hiring will follow the requirements outlined in the CUPE 1321 Collective Agreement and the RCDSB Administrative Procedures. Members of the bargaining unit will be given first consideration. The Board reserves the right not to fill a position.
