**_SPECTRA_** is a full service aluminum parts supplier with 5 manufacturing facilities in Ontario with an industry leading growth strategy. Our Head Offices are located in Bradford, and due to a new manufacturing facility opening in Bradford and promotions from within Spectra, Has an opportunity at our Bradford Facility for:
**Accounts Payable Administrator**:
- Enters invoices into accounting and payment processing systems
- Documents financial transactions by entering accounting information and gathering supporting documentation
- Investigate variances, partners cross functionally with purchasers and receiving department to resolve purchase to pay issues
- Reconciles vendor accounts and proactively communicates with vendors to resolve issues and provide payment status updates
- Identify root cause issues and recommend business process improvements
- Generate purchase requisitions
- Support vendor master data management
- Support Weekly payment runs
- Prepare financial summaries and analysis
- Other accounting ad hoc duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Would have 3-5 Years accounts payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel (advanced)
- Strong keyboarding and organizational skills; must be detail-oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines and deal with issues in a diplomatic and positive manner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Open to change and develop new skills
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
