**Overview**

**These two positions are for full-time individuals with an aspiration to learn, advance, and potentially become a prep cook or a leader in our kitchen. The prep morning shift starts at 7:30 am, and the night closing shifts end at 12:30 am. You will begin as an afternoon or evening line cook. If you perform well, you could be considered for prep.**

**Responsibilities**

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest quality of meals.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

**Skills**

- Experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Passion for meal preparation and building delicious dishes that delight customers.

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 27 - 40 per week
