We are seeking an experienced **Grounds and Garden Care Specialist**to assist our site lead. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Garden Bed Maintenance**: Ensure all garden beds are meticulously maintained, from regular weeding to ensuring shrubs, perennials, and other plants thrive year-round. - **Plant Care**: Understand the ins and outs of plant health, knowing when and how to prune, water, and nurture various plant materials to ensure they flourish. - **Grounds Care**: Oversee the entire property, maintaining a clean, tidy appearance, from the edges of garden beds to the removal of litter, ensuring every area is visually appealing. - **Holistic Maintenance**: Take a "big-picture" approach to property care, ensuring every detail, from the smallest plant to the overall landscape, contributes to a cohesive and professional aesthetic. **Qualifications**: - Proven experience in grounds maintenance, horticulture, or landscape management. - In-depth knowledge of plant care, including proper pruning, fertilizing, and maintenance schedules. - Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all areas of the property are kept in pristine condition. - Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of the entire property. - Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. **What We Offer**: - A beautiful, expansive property to work on with the freedom to showcase your gardening expertise. - A dynamic, supportive work environment with room for growth.
