**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects from initiation to completion.
- Gather and document project requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Assit with project schedules, track progress, and report on key milestones.
- Facilitate communication between team members using tools such as Procore and Micrisoft Project.
- Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and resource allocation.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to inform project decisions.
- Oversee vendor management processes to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
- Identify potential risks throughout the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project implementation.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in project coordination or a related role.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence, Procore.
- Strong skills in budgeting, requirements gathering, and risk management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data collection techniques and analysis methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
