**Location**: Glacier Greens Golf Club
**Position**: Full-time & Part-time Short-Order Cook
Bistro 19 is looking for a **skilled and energetic cook** to join our team If you love cooking **breakfast classics and pub-style favorites** in a fast-paced kitchen, we want to hear from you.
**Availability**:
- Shifts between **7:00 AM - 8:00 PM** (weekend availability required).
**What You’ll Do**:
- Prepare **breakfast and pub-style meals** efficiently and consistently.
- Maintain **high food quality** and presentation standards.
- Work quickly in a **fast-paced** environment with mínimal supervision.
- Keep a **clean, organized, and food-safe** workspace.
- Assist with **kitchen prep** and inventory management.
- Follow all **food safety and sanitation regulations**.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Experience as a **short-order cook, line cook, or breakfast cook**.
- Ability to **multitask** and stay cool under pressure.
- Strong **time management** and organizational skills.
- A **team player** who communicates well and works efficiently.
- Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain).
