**How You’ll Make an Impact**

As a client and business growth focused Account Executive, you’ll:

- **Listen and Understand**: Proactively identify and connect with prospective clients to explore their unique risks, challenges, and goals.
- **Craft Tailored Solutions**: Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to design coverage that fits each client’s needs.
- **Guide Through the Journey**: Be the main point of contact from onboarding through renewals, assisting them with any claims and ensuring questions are answered promptly and with care.
- **Success through Trust**: Build a portfolio of long-term relationships by staying in touch, reviewing evolving needs, and providing insights that help clients make informed decisions.
- **Partner with the Team**: Share best practices, feedback, and ideas in a supportive environment where everyone’s focus is growing their portfolio of clients through exceptional client outcomes.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- Identify and meet one-on-one with prospects to understand their operations and risk profiles.
- Prepare clear, easy-to-understand proposals that highlight benefits rather than features.
- Coordinate with our in-house experts to streamline endorsements, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
- Provide hands-on assistance when clients experience losses, guiding them through the claims process with empathy and transparency.
- Keep your knowledge current on market trends, product updates, and regulatory changes so you can proactively advise clients.

**What You Bring**
- A genuine passion for helping people and building strong, lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication skills—comfortable asking the right questions, explaining complex insurance concepts, and following up consistently.
- Dependability, self-motivation, and a collaborative spirit.
- A comfort level with office technology and eagerness to learn our systems.

**Required**: RIBO License
**Nice to Have**: CIP, CRM or CAIB designation
