**Position Details**:

- ** Shift**: Afternoon Shift.
- Monday to Thursday (10-hour shifts).
- 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM.

**Pay Range**:

- $24- $30 per hour.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate laser, plasma, or water-cutting machines to produce high-quality steel components.
- Read, analyze, and interpret shop drawings and other technical documents, including safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to innovative solutions.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in laser, plasma, or water cutting of steel.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with strong multitasking and prioritizing skills.
- Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and precision measurement equipment.
- A commitment to customer service, excellence, innovation, and integrity.
