**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source, analyze, and negotiate financing options for real estate acquisitions and refinancing current projects.
- Work closely with Canadian banks, private lenders, and other financial institutions to structure and secure financing deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders, brokers, and industry professionals.
- Evaluate and recommend creative financing solutions, including bridge loans, joint ventures, and other non-traditional structures.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, investment analyses, and funding proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely execution of financing arrangements.
- Monitor and manage ongoing debt obligations and financing performance.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, lender requirements, and evolving financing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate finance, with a focus on working with Canadian banks, private lenders, and bridge loans.
- Strong understanding of creative financing structures and the ability to think outside the box.
- Proven track record in securing financing for multi-residential, commercial, and industrial real estate projects.
- Excellent financial modeling, analysis, and reporting skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple financing projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Post-secondary degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field (an asset).
- Knowledge of Canadian real estate markets and financing regulations is a must.
