We are looking for energetic **Servers **to enhance our service team. Our Servers build genuine and authentic connections that last a lifetime. Servers at Earls understand the true meaning of hospitality and deliver exceptional service with each interaction you make.

**As a Server, you will**:

- **Provide exceptional dining experiences for Earls guests. **Using your unmatched multi-tasking skills, you provide exceptional service by anticipating and delivering on the needs of guests.
- **Create authentic connections in every interaction**. Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with guests.
- **Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. **Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
- **Demonstrate your passion for the guest experience. **Display your love for food and drink through exceptional menu and product knowledge.
- **Adapt to any situation with ease. **Tackle problems by using your exceptional organizational skills and your commitment to the guest experience.

**What we need from you**:

- 2 years of restaurant experience.
- A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
- A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
- A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
- The ability to legally work in Canada.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: From $15.65 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
