**Company description**

We are happy to announce a new addition to the Annelida family called Annelida Organics Inc. At Annelida Organics we produce high quality organic living soil, fertilizers and amendments that are retailed in a variety of industries. With our newly obtained state of the art 90,000 sqft soil facility we will have the ability to produce in large volumes and remain competitive in a growing industry. Our facilities include a 7,000 sqft worm farm, a fully automated bagging line and multiple semiautomatic bagging lines. All of which give us the ability to produce a large variety of custom products, in a range of different sizes for our customers. We are looking to grow the Annelida family in order to fulfill the demand for the upcoming season.

**Job description**

Production Worker Responsibilities
- Operate manual and semi-automatic production/manufacturing equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude and awareness - experience fixing machinery, hand tools, basic hydraulics, safe operation of machines.
- Ensure quality is met throughout manufacturing processes.
- Work well in a team environment - promoting an environment of collaboration and positivity.
- Ensuring all necessary safety, manufacturing and quality procedures are followed.
- Multi-tasking on the production line.
- Staging material in priority sequence for work orders to minimize machine downtime.
- Inspect and perform basic quality control of finished product to determine conformance to specifications.
- Assist with preparing and maintaining production equipment for operation.
- Operating hand tools to assist in minor repairs.
- Handle and move materials and pieces, using lifting devices as required.
- Carry out inspections of production equipment and powered mobile equipment.
- General labour duties as assigned.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
