**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a Lab Technician (Trainee) who is motivated to learn and grow within the dental industry. No prior experience is required — we will provide full hands-on training in all aspects of dental lab operations, including CAD/CAM design, model preparation, finishing, and quality control.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with production of dental restorations such as crowns, bridges, and implants.
- Learn to operate and maintain digital dental equipment (scanners, milling machines, 3D printers, etc.).
- Support senior technicians with daily lab tasks including model preparation, trimming, and polishing.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and efficiency within the lab workspace.
- Follow standard procedures and maintain attention to detail for every case
