We are looking for two Partner Acquisition Associates to execute sales and business development efforts for our **Food & Hospitality technology **division. Your responsibilities will include, setting sales objective for the sales team, contributing to sales efforts, supervising the sales team, and building long-term client relationships.
As the Partner Acquisition Associate, you will be expected to use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes and the Food and Hospitality vertical to provide innovative ideas for growing our business and attracting restaurants and hotels. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for maintaining successful relationships with independent, medium and large scale restaurants and hotels.
**Responsibilities**
- Acquire more business partners onto the Andie platform.
- Work closely with senior leadership to formulate long-term partnership strategy.
- In collaboration with Technology & Product, works to assess partnership opportunities, soliciting / managing such relationships as required.
- Connect with new clients during onboarding and provide them with the information they need about our services
- Build relationships with existing clients and understand their needs, curate their weekly menu offerings & troubleshoot any issues
- Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
- Prospect and target potential new restaurant partners.
- Track performance metrics and issue trends to optimize partnerships.
- Introduce new restaurant partners to Andie’s various products and assist with account creation, menu curation and platform support
**Requirements**:
- Entry or intermediate-level sales experience. 2-3 years of sales experience an asset.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Experience selling technology, or selling services and products to Food and hospitality businesses a strong asset
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $54,913.00-$57,988.00 per year
Additional pay:
