As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic **Business Development Associate (BDA)** to drive growth, establish strategic partnerships, and elevate our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement business growth strategies to onboard investors and expand market reach.
- Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with financial institutions, investment firms, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead investor outreach efforts, engaging **high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), institutional investors, and retail investors** through targeted strategies.
- Conduct market research and analyze investment trends to optimize sales strategies and enhance investment offerings.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling campaigns that drive investor engagement.
- Manage the full business development cycle - from lead generation to deal closure.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal company policies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven track record in business development, sales, or investment advisory, preferably in real estate, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong network within the investment or financial services industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and convert high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking - able to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Experience with online investment platforms, digital finance, or alternative assets is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
