**Marketing Coordinator**

Pizza Pizza is Canada’s favourite pizza chain for a lot of reasons, but the most important one is our people. Before that box ever arrives at your door, a diverse team of talented people make it happen, from the head office to the kitchen counter and we are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join this team.

In this hands-on role, you will gain a depth of marketing experience from one of Canada’s leading marketing brands in the quick-service segment. The role of Marketing Coordinator is a critical role to our marketing team, supporting the company vision to deliver profit, innovation and experience/engagement across our B2B and B2C initiatives. Pizza Pizza is looking for a vibrant, creative and hungry individual looking to learn and grow across different pillars of the brand marketing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Development**:Co-lead the research, curation and content roll out across Pizza Pizza’s social and owned channels.
- **Internal Communication**:Lead the creation and distribution of clear, timely communications on marketing initiatives to internal stakeholders.
- **Project Management**:Assist the marketing team with projects, including grand openings, local store marketing, and other initiatives on the marketing calendar.
- **Performance Reporting**:Support in the development of reporting on campaign performance, promotional sales and other applicable programs to internal and external teams.
- **Flyer Program Execution**:Assist with the national flyer program, including communication and proofreading of regional versions.
- **Budget Management**:Budgetary and financial tracking for various marketing activities.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Build cross-functional relationships, particularly with Operations and IT teams, to ensure gold standard execution of all programs.

**Your Requirements**:

- 1+ years’ experience in a marketing role
- Basic project management skills, with preference given to those with experience managing marketing and advertising related projects (e.g. print, digital, POS, etc.)
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, English/French bilingual is an asset
- Effectively handles a fast-paced environment with frequently changing needs and requests
- Self-starter with ability to work autonomously and proactively to uncover opportunities to move the business forward
- Strong collaborator: seamlessly managing up and across teams to ensure buy-in, awareness of activity, and integrationA team player: works respectfully, inclusively, and positively
