**Responsibilities**
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, walls, and work surfaces.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support cooks and kitchen staff.
- Ensure that all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
- Organize clean dishes and utensils for easy access by kitchen staff.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain recycling practices in accordance with company policies.
- Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing.

**Skills**
- Strong attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment typical of restaurants or hotels.
- Familiarity with food handling practices is preferred; experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
