**Skills + Experience**:

- Pastry training or kitchen experience is required
- Experience with making croissants and breads
- Good with time management
- Good communication skills

- French is not required but is preferred

**Responsibilities + Expectations**:

- Proofing and baking croissants, cinnamon buns and danishes
- Baking sourdough bread and slicing our various types of breads
- Making bread and sandwiches
- Organize orders
- Good at communicating with the rest of the team
- Able to carry mid to heavy ingredients
- Following health guidelines and maintain cleanliness standards

Location: 248 Ave. De La Cathedrale, Winnipeg, MB

Part Time Hours: 30-40 hours per week (must be available weekends) Kitchen experience is an asset

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
