Cocoabeans is a dedicated gluten free bakery providing a wide variety of gluten free desserts, breads and meals. We are looking for an experienced baker for our production kitchen to assist the early morning bread baker.

This position is responsible for preparing and baking breads, buns, muffins, cinnamon buns, mixes, pizza, pie crusts and other gluten free doughs independently or in collaboration with other team members.
- A reliable means of transportation for a 4am start time. Experience working overnights is an asset.
- At least 2 years experience in a commercial bakery as a career baker. **Those without baking experience will not be considered for the position.**
- Strong written and verbal English skills and an ability to communicate effectively is required.

- The ability to keep a neat and clean work station while adhiring to all food handeling and sanitation standards. Valid food handlers certificate is an asset.

This shift will start at roughly 20 hours per week and will increase with the needs of the production facility specifically towards the holidays like Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $15.30 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
