Care & Company is a leading provider of in-home care services in Victoria BC.
We are committed to providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients, helping them to live independently in their own homes.

**Position**:Caregiver
**Employment**: Contract - Open Availability & Flexible Schedule
**Shifts & Hours**: Weekdays and Weekends Availability.
**Compensation**: $23-26 per hour to start (depending on experience)

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Respect and uphold resident rights and confidentiality.
- Provide first aid and emergency response as needed
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry.
- Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client.
- Run occasional errands during shifts.

**Qualifications**:

- HCA experienced Caregiver (certification is preferred, but not limited)
- Experience in caregiving (This is needed)
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Willingness to provide a Criminal Record Check and references.
- First Aid or CPR Level C.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Legally approved documentation to work in Canada.
- Preference for those with Valid BC driver's license
