**Program and Policy Analyst - Early Learning and Child Care**

**The Opportunity**
The Program and Policy Analyst will be responsible for policy interpretation, program evaluation, data
collection and analysis, research, and reporting to support service system planning in Early Learning and Child
Care such as EarlyON Child and Family Centres, licensed child care, school age recreation and special needs
programs.
**What you will do: What you will need**:

- Implement processes and develop tools related to the

collection, review, and evaluation of outcomes for
assigned programs consistent with relevant
legislative, regulatory and policy requirements to
meet program performance targets
- Produce reports and presentations for partner

agencies, various working groups and District
standing committee
- Use project management practices to implement

program initiatives, tools, and templates for external
and internal partners
- Implement processes and develop tools

**What we are offering**
This is a **permanent full-time** opportunity at the District. The hourly compensation range for this role is **$34.28**
