Located in Sherwood Park, Branches Fresh Food Experience is situated in Greenland Garden Centre; Canada’s award winning gift & garden centre. Visitors to Branches come to enjoy our unique menu featuring seasonal ingredients, daily baked goods, authentic wood fired pizza, sumptuous salads and appetizers.

Our location offers diners an experience unlike any other. Friends gather to shop Greenland’s collections of décor, fashion, plants and more, then sip and savour indoors in the cozy eatery, or outdoors on one of the most relaxing patios in the Edmonton area.

The Baker will assist the Branches restaurant Head Baker in day to day food preparation and will be essential in supporting the ongoing responsibilities of the kitchen.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing fresh daily items (scones, cinnamon buns, etc.)
- Fine pastry work
- Maintain baked item production levels
- Help with prep work

**Qualifications**:

- **Previous professional fine baking experience is required**
- Attention to detail
- Organized, must be able to prioritize workload
- Ability to work in fast paced kitchen environment
- Availability to work early morning shifts
