Position Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provides exceptional customer service to applicants, Talent Acquisition Partners, and Hiring Managers, responding promptly to requests
- Coordinates and supports career events
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline
- 1-2 years recruiting and administrative/customer service experience
- Preference will be given to applicants with proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to successfully connect with diverse personalities
- Excellent prioritization and multitasking capabilities
- Self-motivated, quick to learn, and customer service focused
- Positively contributes in a team environment with ability to work well independently
- This position will be office based
