Key Responsibilities:

- Verification of production receipts in IMS and SAP/Data Collection.
- Perform inventory cycle counts as per schedule on daily basis or request(s) and update files/records on tracking sheets.
- Work to achieve 100% accuracy in all aspects of material flow and on hand inventory.
- Correct errors and report back issues to production lead hands/supervisors daily.
- Compile Daily/Weekly/Monthly Inventory and Production Analysis Report.
- Ensure the inventory in the IMS/SAP system is always accurate by performing and monitoring Inventory movements.
- Investigate with Production team and Material Handlers on any inventory issues.
- Investigate Pick List discrepancy from Material Handlers on daily basis.
- Ensure FIFO is being followed for all material in house.
- Summary analysis inventory adjustments. Report out to Materials Manager and Supervisor.
- Coordinate and Perform Work Centre Changeovers with Production lead hands and ensure inventory is verified and assigned to Work centres or Warehouse Storage.
- Follow all departmental and general procedures where applicable.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager and/or Department Manager.
- Abide by all company safety rules, responsibilities, policies, and procedures including the legislative requirements of the OHSA.
- Work in compliance and conform to the Environment and ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Adopt and practice Kaizen principles; participate in Kaizen and GEAR activities.
