Calling all people with a passion for customer service Aramark Canada is seeking Tim Horton's Team Members to join the team at the Tim Horton's on the Saint Mary's University campus Reporting to the Supervisor, Tim Horton's Team Members are responsible for providing superior customer service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.

This is a union position with SEIU Local 2. We are seeking full and part time Baristas. **Responsibilities**:

- Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- Prepare made to order food items
- Follows Tim Horton's operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift
- Assist other members of the team when needed
- Light cash handling duties including processing guest transactions, counting cash, closing/opening registers, participating in cash audits
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Keep area clean at all times; manage waste
- May perform other job duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- 1 year experience in food service considered an asset
- Consider yourself a “people person,” and enjoy meeting others.
- Love working as a team and appreciate the chance to collaborate.
- Understand how to create a great customer service experience.
- Are open to learning new things (especially the latest beverage recipe)
- Can maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Flexible, as evening and weekend work will be required

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
