**Job description**:Service Advisor for Marine and Powersports business

**Agreement Start Date**:To be determined

**Daily Duties**:

- Greet and schedule customers in the showroom
- Performing walk around of marine and power sport units at time of drop off
- Schedule work orders into the calendar
- Enter itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate to customer
- Process warranty claims
- Facilitate communication between the client and the service department
- Promote value added services to each client for their consideration
- Ensure a safe work space for employees within the service department.

**Skills Required**:

- Organizational skills
- Computer skills
- Customer relation skills

**Required Hours**:

- Approximately 40-44 hours per week

**-This is a full time position **

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
