Kingston Dodge is looking for an experienced **Lead Service Advisor** to join our fast-paced Service Department, located in beautiful Kingston, Ontario. We are committed to our employees by offering training, career advancement and competitive compensation and benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maximizing service drive-thru productivity
- Ensuring customer and employee satisfaction through positive communication and leadership
- Planning, organizing, and controlling service sales and retention
- Building, developing and maintaining staff

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant automotive experience
- 5+ years of customer service experience, preferred

**Experience**:

- Relevant automotive: 1 year
- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
